"Good technician "

"Professional, on time, clean and quiet service."

"Brian is a great addition to the Tram. "

"A lot of my favorite therapists have left. I’m considering leaving Elements if Donna leaves. All the good ones are leaving. Elements seems to be diminishing in provisions. We no longer get mints, bottled water, nor soothing music. The rooms are bare. They don’t create a “spa like” feeling. I’m tempted to go further, ie South Barrington, but I was told it’s the same management as palatine. "

"Excellent deep tissue massage. Iryna hits all of the sore spots and works them out. "

"Joey is an amazing masseuse. He has great knowledge and is very pleasant. "

"Timothy was wonderful. One of the best massages I have had."

"I am very pleased since the last time I was getting Massage that both client and masseuse aren’t talking as much and as loud. This was always my biggest complaint. I know the walls are thin, but I don’t need to know about others, personal business or feelings, I’m there for one thing to relax. Listen to some music and get a great massage."

"All of the masssve therapists are friendly and work on your specific needs. I’m not ever sure what to ask for and they listen to your questions and work to fix what’s ailing you. I’ve never left thinking I wish…. I’m always thinking how soon can I go back? "

"Was very good. I was worried that the therapist would not work on the areas I asked for but I was pleasantly surprised when she worked on each area and did not deviate."
