A native Long Islander, and 2005 graduate of the New York College of Health Professions, Greg G., LMT, has been cultivating his own brand of massage therapy treatments for 21 years. While proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Himalayan Hot Stone treatments, his primary work is in Medical and Therapeutic Massage, and incorporating PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), to release deeper stubborn adhesions within the muscle and helping to restore proper range of motion.
