This week's question was “What can someone do to make their workplace less stressful?" We posed this question to our team yesterday, and received many different responses.
Here is what our team had to say:
"Laughter helps. Taking a break every few hours to breathe is also important. Most important may be keeping work at work and not bringing it home with you."
"Always be polite."
"By helping each other and offer help without being asked."
"Stop taking things personally. It's probably not about you."
"Listening to soft music to put your mind in the right place."
"Good old-fashioned teamwork!"
