"Winnona is personable and good at what she does, I couldn't ask for more. She always asks about stressors and where I'm carrying tension. She also always remembers that my usual spot for carrying tension is my shoulders. If I'm ever sore when I leave it's in a good way and because she was able to work out a big knot! She is attentive and makes sure to ask if she is applying too much pressure. "
