Kristen has been a massage therapist for 7 years now. She studied at Spencerian College where she graduated with her massage license. Her favorite modality is a mixture of many techniques such as deep tissue, relaxation, and stretching. Kristen is also prenatal certified. She is able to perform all pressure levels; light to deep.
