I like that you were open and had availability on a weekend and on evenings, because that's the time when I'm able to book.

I also really like getting the email from Elements that communicates availability within the next couple of days. With my schedule, it's hard to know when I'll have availability so it's hard to plan for a massage more than a few days out. I like seeing the upcoming availability and can schedule something at the last minute."
