Therapist Level System Guide

At Elements Massage, we specialize in a customized massage for our clients. To best match therapists to clients, we rate our therapists based upon the massage type and the intensity and the therapist's desire to deliver at a certain level.

Level 1: Light pressure massage for relaxation and Swedish massage

Level 2: Light to medium pressure massage for relaxation and stress reduction

Level 3: Medium to deep pressure massage to specific muscle layers including some trigger point techniques which are used to penetrate layers of muscle to relieve pain and release any knots and tension

Level 4: Very deep pressure massage addressing the deepest layers of musculature including intensive trigger point work on highly localized knots and areas of tension

Senior Massage Therapists have completed and maintained specific company criteria for this promotion, some of which include being employed for at least 1 year with our Mesa Gateway studio, has up to 44% their appointments are client requests, conducts between 900-1000 massage sessions per year and maintains a Net Promoter Score of 90% and above

Elite Massage Therapists have completed and maintained specific company criteria for this promotion, some of which include completing specific company mandated courses to expand their expertise and knowledge, as well as being employed for at least 2 years with our Mesa Gateway studio, up to 50% of their appointments are client requests, conducts between 1000-1040 massage sessions per year and maintains a Net Promoter Score of 95% and above.

There is an additional fee to schedule with an Elite LMT based on the session length scheduled:

1 Hour sessions additional $10,

90 Minute sessions additional $15

2 Hour sessions additional $20
