Paula is a fantastic therapist of almost 15 years now. She is a Deep Tissue specialist, but also excels at the lighter pressures of massage. She is certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Lomi Lomi, and medical massage. Paula also includes stretching into most of her sessions to round out a treatment and get the most out of her massage. She loves to work on hands, feet, and scalp and masters in headache/migraine relief. Paula's techniques and massage work come mostly from working with her forearms and hands.
