What makes my massage unique?
I take a holistic approach to wellness, seeing massage therapy as a component of mind-body integration and healing. I’m intuitive and responsive to client needs, and I utilize an eclectic style, combining relaxation techniques with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for a custom and client-centered treatment. I have experience massaging people of all gender identities and body types, and it’s important to me that all clients feel safe and comfortable.
What keeps me passionate about massage therapy?
In addition to being a massage therapist, I’m also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in social work. I am particularly interested in trauma and the ways it can manifest in the body. Massage can be a powerful way to strengthen the body-mind connection while providing relief for chronic conditions. I love learning, so hearing about new research or picking up a new technique keeps me passionate about the work I do.
