What makes my massage unique?
I use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques to address tension, pain, and any physical treatment goals in a comfortable and relaxing way so that my clients have a space to let go of the stress of daily life and be fully present in their bodies during their sessions with me. Whether the session is mostly deeper focus work for the tension from an intense workout or a lighter relaxation session after a stressful week at work, my goal is to help my clients relax completely during their massages and enjoy the world and the experience of being alive more when they leave.

What keeps me passionate about massage therapy?
Everything! From the results I’m able to see from a session to the challenges of working with a wide variety of clients who have different lifestyles and treatment goals, the practice of massage therapy is endlessly interesting to me. Each client I work with has a different story, and I always enjoy customizing my massage to my clients’ needs, goals, and preferences. I also love that there’s always more for me to learn about, whether that’s anatomy, research into the effects of massage, or new techniques and modalities.
