Summer Safety Tips:
-Drink lots of fluids but avoid sugary and caffeinated drinks, which can cause dehydration
-Never allow children to swim unsupervised, even in shallow water. Children can drown in as little as 2 inches of water.
-Wear sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and be sure to reapply every 2 hours
-Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV rays and reduce the risk of cataracts
