She is a graduate of Baltimore School of Massage Therapy in 2014. She lived all over the US: Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, California, Virginia and Texas. Shes visited North Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Missouri and she wishes to visit more! Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Helena was an assistant manager for a restaurant, a flagger for a temp agency and other miscellaneous positions.

Her favorite massage therapy modalities include Swedish, myofascial, trigger point, and deep tissue. She would describe her massage as relaxing, therapeutic approach to soften both fascia and muscles. Helena's philosophy on healing is total reformation of body, mind, spirit and beliefs. You can't heal without alignment of all.

If she could choose one word to describe herself, it would be different. She's had the pleasure of attending different schools in different states, meeting different people, growing spiritually, mentally and physically.
