"The therapists are always on time. The receptionists do not push their services on you. I have had nice relaxing experiences there. I have to admit, I had one bad experience years ago when the first owner of Elements pushed for my gift card the minute I walked in. She is no longer there and I never felt pushed like that again. The receptionists are professional and not pushy!"
