PHILOSOPHY ON HEALING:

I believe that massage offers a holistic approach to healing. I approach each session with a calm and grounded presence, so I can best listen to my clients and tailor the massage to them. I am passionate about trauma-informed massage and creating a safe and professional space for each client.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS:

A client struggled with significant touch aversion over their glutes, sides, legs, and feet. With any touch, they would have large physical reactions. While working at the comfort level and pace of the client, we slowly integrated safe and professional touch while minimizing their negative physical responses. Together we partnered, and after 10 sessions, the client went from having a visceral response and limited comfortability with touch to comfortably receiving medium-pressure Swedish and broad treatment work.
