PHILOSOPHY ON HEALING:
My style of massage helps out a lot of athletes, desk workers, weekend warriors. I focus on deep tissue for the whole body to find any stubborn areas that are causing discomfort. I like to assist the body in performing in tip top shape whether it be running, hiking, fighting or just everyday living.
EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS:
A lot of my Clients are very active and all have discomfort or slight injuries. I work on MMA fighters who are always coming in injured, I aid in their muscle recovery with deep tissue massage every two weeks.
