"There are 3 therapists I work with and all are great.
I am opposed to the client having to pay extra for an elite therapist.
In theory , all of your therapists should be providing excellent service.
If they have additional training and you hire them - the burdent of the cost should be on the company not the customer. I have declined services with elite therapists after once being assigned without knowing there was an extra charge.
Also - the 60 min massage is not really 60 minutes, it is about 45."
