Nashville, Tennessee. I lived there my whole life till the age 25 before moving to Colorado.

I’ve traveled to over 30 states across the U.S., as well as Canada.

Dream Vacation:
Traveling to Laos and spending time with my family.

Cupping, Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching and Swedish massage.

Philosophy on Healing:
I believe the body is designed to heal itself when we give it the proper care it needs—eating well, staying hydrated, getting sunlight, spending time outdoors, exercising, and taking care of ourselves. I believe massage is another beautiful way to support the body and help people feel their best.

Before Massage Therapy, I Was:
I was a recent college graduate looking for opportunities and unsure of what direction my life would take. Then massage therapy found me, and it changed my life forever.
