Carren Pressure Level 2-4 | Licensed Massage Therapist

Carren received her education at the Sterling Health Center located in Addison, Texas. She has explored various places, including Tulum, Mexico; Austin, Texas; and Washington, D.C. Carren's ideal vacation involves scuba diving in Belize. Among her preferred modalities are myofascial release. She firmly believes that true healing begins from within and emphasizes the importance of nurturing one's inner self. Prior to her journey into massage therapy, Carren was a singer and continues to pursue her passion for music.
