What do you like most about massage? I am very familiar with pain and the debilitating effects it can have on the body. I like the transformation that occurs for clients as pain and discomfort start to leave the body. It is my goal for clients to leave as pain free as possible.
What are your favorite modalities / specialties? Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Cupping and Himalayan Salt Stones.
Why do you feel those modalities / specialties are effective? I have seen those modalities be most effective at reducing pain.
Anything special you'd like to share about yourself? I love walking, chocolate, and trying new things. I am willing to try most anything once.
