"My therapist was very attentive to my needs which I really appreciated. Usually I like a deeper massage but I was having back and migraine issues and just needed 1 step under deep tissue massage. I told him I just needed to figuratively put some WD 40 on my body so everything would unstick and circulate. The office manager was also very kind. She also gave the therapist a heads up that I had a migraine. Sometimes I have been to a massage facility (not Elements) and the therapist thinks they know best and has actually injured me before because they ignored when I said they were pressing too hard/needed to put more pressure. I also liked that your intake form had questions on areas that one would or would not like to be touched. There are some therapists (again not Elements) that have performed Psoas and stomach massage on me without my consent. I am paying good money and want to relax, not feel like I am being tortured. "
