Education (Massage School):

I attended and graduated from a massage program at a school called Harris in Delaware 15 years ago and since then I've spent my time educating myself on soft tissue injuries and pain management techniques.

Places Lived:

I was born in Colorado, spend most of my formative years in Southern California with a couple of years spent between Delaware and Pennsylvania until finally ending up here.

Places Traveled:

I've traveled all over the United States including Puerto Rico. I have a family home in Central America I plan to visit soon.

My Dream Vacation:

Somewhere in the mountains during autumn.

Favorite Massage Modalities:

I call myself a deep tissue therapist but I don't believe depth is necessary for therapeutic work. I enjoy focused work, soft tissue injury related issues and high intensity impact maintenance.

In My Other Life (Before Becoming a Massage Therapist) I was:

Living with friends in Los Angeles at the age of 19 and doing what most teenagers were doing, not much. At some point I decided I wanted to figure out exactly what I wanted to do. My love for science and healing came together perfectly in massage therapy.
