“Robyn has been my massage therapist for the past 7 years and I always look forward to my appointments. She is excellent both technically and personally, and she asks about what has been going on with my life & body in order to maximize the massage time. Robyn is punctual and respectful of my time. She has a flexible style and can use many types of massage to fit my needs. I have referred my friends to Robyn, and I will continue to do so.”

Robyn started massage as an adjunct to her moonlighting job. She worked at a small venue, and they often had artists who had driven too long, or played the shiny new guitar for too many hours in a row to play without pain. Her job was to get them onstage and keep them there. She had to learn trigger point and similar techniques. One artist gently asked if she could connect him with "a real massage therapist." She vowed never to hear that again, and pursued a massage education.  Robyn has been blessed with challenging and complex clients, who allow her to keep learning in the service of healing.  Robyn’s style draws from several traditions, informed by the latest research into movement and pain. It is gentle work with lasting effect.

“Michael was very effective in treating my shoulder, it is perfectly fine now. :-)”

"Very thoughtful therapists who take the time to listen to your needs and understand your pain points. You leave feeling so much better."

Michael had a strong desire to find a career in which he could help athletes alleviate and heal from sports related injuries and to simply prevent future injuries.  By chance he stumbled on massage while looking for effective methods to treat sports related injuries and after a couple of weeks of doing research and exploring various massage schools, he found that he was drawn to the Colorado School of Healing Arts.  Even though his original focus was on sports massage, the short time he spent at CSHA proved to be an effective catalyst in fueling a new dedicated love of massage as a whole.

While sports is still his favorite type of massage, Michael strives to continue in developing his skills in a variety of modalities, and to further understand the mechanical and physiological effects that massage has on the body.  What he enjoys most is using massage to put the body in a parasympathetic state, which stimulates "rest and digest". This is done to facilitate relaxation, promote healing and improve flexibility so his clients can spend their days pain free.

Stephanie | Massage Therapist

Education: Boulder College of Massage Therapy - Boulder, CO
Specialties: Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Shiatsu Massage

“Stephanie is amazing and is the first therapist I felt like truly knew what she was doing, not just nodding her head at what I said was problematic. Great massage AND advice. I look forward to making massage a part of an effort to be healthier overall.”

“Stephanie listened to what I wanted and my expectations were exceeded.”

“Great therapists including Carla, Jamie and Stephanie: excellent deep tissue.”

"Love Stephanie. She's awesome!"

"I've had several spinal fusions and I will not just trust anyone to work on me. However, the knowledge and care I have received is amazing. I can't tell you how many times I've come in with severe pain and always leave feeling such relief. My daughter referred me and I give a plug to Elements whenever the conversation up. And yes, I have tried other massage chains and they fail in my opinion.”

Stephanie has found, with the guidance of a skilled massage therapist, that we are able to not only alleviate stress, but also begin to understand the multi-faceted and interconnected causes of chronic pain, tension or injury, while beginning to correct postural misalignments, repetitive motion injuries, muscle imbalances, even shallow chest breathing. In her experience, the body heals best when gently guided in the natural direction of proper alignment and function. Even, deep and therapeutic massage can be applied gently within the body’s natural limits to encourage an effortless unwinding of muscle and surrounding fascial tissue.
Stephanie approaches massage therapy as a dance between body and mind in which the client conducts and leads the music as she assesses, choreographs and performs the dance in alliance with the needs of the client, meeting them where they are in the present moment.

People would describe her style as intuitive, comprehensive, detail and results oriented. She believes the most important and satisfying bodywork focuses on providing relief and results in harmony with the innate wisdom of the client’s body. She enjoys educating clients about their bodies and empowering them with quick, effective ways to continue improving their wellbeing.
