"Jamie does a wonderful massage, and I enjoy working with her. The reception I have received at the front desk the last two times almost made me quit coming to Elements. For about 1 1/2 years when I came the front desk people knew my name, greeted me by my name and tried to help me in any way. The last two times, I was greeted with " what can I do for you" she didn't know my name. She obviously had just arrived at 8:55 AM because the computer was not up and running and we had to wait for that to happen to make future appointments. For a year and a half when I was done with my massage the front desk said thank you and wished me well, the girl on the front desk the last two times made me stop and check out and quizzed me what tip I wanted to leave. I don't want to get anyone fired but the change in customer care has been dramatic and, in my case, not very pleasant."
