"I like the automatic payments, I like that you call me to remind me if I haven’t scheduled, I like that all of your staff (both locations) are friendly and personable, and I like the convenience of having both an east shore and west shore location - with easy parking and accessibility. What I like BEST? I really liked my old massage/reiki masseuse (Kathy) and the past year or more I’ve been with Bakari - and he’s just awesome. Both are really genuine people that not only offer a great massage, but offered me tips and other things that were focused on improving my wellbeing."

"Rebecca is a great masseuse! She always asks what areas I think need extra work, and she is sensitive to requests to avoid areas which might be hurting too much. Her pressure is just right for what I need. And when she was unavailable recently due to a family emergency, Elements substituted a masseuse who was very similar in style. And they double checked with me first to make sure it was okay. "
