Mark received his massage/bodywork training at the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in Greenville, SC. He has had the distinction of working with dancers from Carolina Ballet Theatre in Greenville, SC and the Paul Taylor Dance Company NYC. His therapeutic focus is deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and orthopedic massage techniques. He has also completed coursework in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT). Coupled with his knowledge of massage therapy, Mark is an intuitive bodyworker. His palpation skills allow him to effectively treat conditions such as frozen shoulder, wry neck (stiff neck), and upper & lower back pain. Mark also uses range of motion and stretching to increase the efficacy of his treatments.
