“Jeff is so amazing. I was having a lot of pain and needed trigger point therapy but I try to avoid trigger point therapy until the pain is unbearable because it always hurts to get them released. This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage with trigger points and it didn’t hurt. I felt them releasing and it was pressure but it wasn’t painful. I felt sooo much better after I left.
