Noel graduated from The Wellness Training & Massage Institute in Willowbrook and has been practicing massage for 25 years. She became a massage therapist after working in a stressful graphic design job, which led her to decide that she wanted to be the person who helps others relieve stress and pain. Dealing with her own chronic pain issues at the start of her career greatly helped Noel understand the nature of pain, honed her skills in helping others with pain relief, and instilled tremendous compassion in her for those dealing with pain and stress in their lives.

Noel would describe her work as detailed mixed with relaxation. Her techniques are customized to her clients’ needs for each session, and she strongly believes that deep tissue work does not have to hurt to be effective! She specializes in deep tissue—however, she also enjoys combining cupping and CBD Herbal Ritual to help enhance the client’s experience. She also offers AromaRitual, Himalayan Salt Stones, and prenatal massage. Noel’s clients appreciate her intuitive approach, and that she is able to naturally find the areas causing pain. Her clients know that they will never walk out of Noel’s massage room in the same level of pain that they walked in with.
