Pressure Level Range 1 - 3 (energy work to Swedish/Relaxation up to firm).

Alyssa specializes in Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point work, giving her massage a slower paced deep and more relaxing form of deep tissue. She also specializes in Reiki (an energetic healing modality), cupping, Himalayan Salt Stones, medical/orthopedic techniques and is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner. Because of Alyssa’s background in energy work, she works very intuitively with different depths of pressure (meaning her pressure range can vary a lot). This allows her to work with a wide variety of clients and their needs. Helping others is something she has always enjoyed, but working in the western medicine field didn’t seem to be her calling, nor was it helping her with her own health issues. Every Massage Therapist that she knew loved their profession so she decided to give it a try and she had no idea the impact it would have on her.
