The only bad taste I had in my mouth, for my first visit there, was the front desk lady. She was rude and seemed very annoyed when I told her that the code for my payment was on the notes. I was promised, at the time of booking, they had my confirmation number, from a third party site, noted on my account. She had put off that she had to look at my account to find it. Once she did, she rolled her eyes at me. I plan to come back and book with Hannah, but I hope that I don’t have to ever interact with the lady at the desk from Friday in the future. "
