"Everytime the staff member greets me upon my arrival, checking-out and/or departuring have been friendly while still being professional. I have gone for deep tissue massages to date, and all therapists that were recommended were great. Therapists listened to "my issues" and checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure my satisfaction. I have a crazy schedule and commute into NYC, they have always been able to accommodate my schedule as they have sessions 7 days week until fairly late in the evening! "First and most important to me was the fact that my "1-hour massage" was ACTUALLY a full one hour!!! May not sound like a "big deal," but it's truly not the case at other massage places! My therapist was fabulous - got rid of a particularly sore "knot" in my back; I was SO relaxed and actually could have gone off to sleep! Best massage I've ever had and changed my mind about getting massages!"
