Elvira | Massage Therapist

Elvira Gottinger is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 30 years of experience in holistic health and bodywork. Through her international experience in holistic healing centers, she has studied and practiced a wide range of modalities, including Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, and other therapeutic techniques. Over time, she developed her own integrative approach, combining these methods to meet each client’s unique needs. Elvira works holistically, supporting the connection between physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Her sessions combine therapeutic massage with gentle nervous system regulation and breath awareness to help release tension, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. Each session is customized to help the body release tension, calm the nervous system, and return to a state of deep balance. Elvira is also the creator of Happy Quantum World – International Academy of New Consciousness, where she teaches workshops in holistic wellbeing and mindfulness.
