"My massage was so relaxing! Lydia did a great job!"

Lydia does a lot of detailed upper body work that can include scalp, neck, pectorals, hips, abdomen and ribs. She is one of our few therapists that incorporates a soothing face massage.

She believes that massage can be both deeply healing and relaxing without being painful. Her sessions combine intentional myofascial release and joint movement with intuitive pressure tailored to each client's unique needs. Her goal is to improve mobility, reduce discomfort and calm the nervous system.
