Ruth graduated from the Hands-on Therapy School of Massage in 1995. She is a Trager certificated therapist and specializes Swedish, the Trager approach to Somatic Movement Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Salt Stones and Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue. Ruth's ultimate goal is to assist her clients in achieving optimal health, including relief from stress and pain by natural means, and to provide her clients with the best possible care.
