I graduated from Missouri College in 2002 with my license in massage therapy, and since then I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through many additional classes and training. One of my key specialties is neuromuscular therapy, particularly focused on the glute area, which plays a major role in posture, mobility, and pain relief. I also specialize in shoulder massage, helping to relieve tension, improve range of motion, and restore comfort in one of the most commonly stressed areas of the body. I’m a strong believer in the benefits of energy work, acupuncture, and kinesiology, and I enjoy incorporating what I’ve learned into a well-rounded approach to healing. My goal is always to support the body’s natural balance and help clients feel stronger, more aligned, and more at ease.
