Testimonials
"Elaine is AMAZING! I walked in to Elements lightheaded and in constant pain. I walked out 2 hours later exhausted with intense relief. Today, I'm sore where Elaine worked out some serious mother knots, but my whole being is more relaxed than I've been in two months."
Elaine is an excellent master massage therapist
Elaine's favorite techniques are based on deep tissue massage learned through various continuing education experiences. Her style is deeper therapeutic work which many clients also find relaxing. During each massage session, she strives to complete a full body massage allowing the clients to connect all parts of the body. It is also important for her to educate clients that pain may be caused by muscles other than the painful ones.
