I have really appreciated Mary Ann's sessions, as she takes care of me and has a kind, compassionate touch. I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. She always asks how I'm doing, if any part of my body needs special attention, etc. She focuses on those areas or provides an overall relaxing massage, depending on what I ask for. Mary Ann has also been helpful in giving me advice on mindfulness and self-care, because we talk about that during our sessions. If I'm in the mood to be totally quiet, she also respects that.
