Tomas | Licensed Massage Therapist

Tomas attended Morton Community College for Massage Therapy and graduated in 2002. Before Massage Therapy, Tomas worked in the tool steel industry for over 30 years.

He has traveled throughout Costa Rica and Panama, and looking forward to visiting Ecuador.

Tomas has many favorite massage modalities but his favorites include a mix of hot stone, trigger point, and sports massage that incorporates stretching.

His philosophy on healing is getting the right amount of rest to rejuvenate the body and learning how to relax. “Our bodies need to relax so it receives plenty of rest to do all of the recreational activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
