"This was my first visit. I was initially very impressed that I received a call from Abigail regarding scheduling, with options of times and therapists available on a Saturday. I've had several "first visit" massages and am usually handed paperwork to fill out while I wait. Elements sent we an intake form which I completed & returned online before I ever left home. Then once I arrived Abigail sat with me & asked a few questions before my session began...so nice! My therapist, Mariah, was incredible!! I went in with significant lower back spasms and she gave me the option of a full body massage or stay specific to me back. She's a miracle worker!! I wore sandals to my visit because I couldn't bend forward to tie my shoes. The same evening I could bend without pain! I'll definitely return 👍"
