"Audrey was very helpful in finding my trouble spots and working them out. There were times when her methods were on the verge of painful, but I knew that it was what my neck and back needed. I had the most beautiful bruises as a result but I could now move my neck, turn my head and relax my upper back and shoulders. If I lived in Allen I would have a regular monthly membership. As I don't live in Allen I am considering contacting the Elements Massage studio that is not too far from where I live in Maryland. I highly recommend the Elements Massage in Allen and therapist Audrey B."
