"I came in for a firm massage as part of my doctor's recommendation for a rotator cuff strain which had migrated down through my bicep and forearm. My range of motion was impacted. I had only ever had relaxation massages, and knew that a firm massage to undo the knots wouldn't be comfortable - but I got through it with deep breaths and breaks. Jessica was AMAZING! She checked in with me on pressure, made sure I was doing ok and gave good recommendations for after-care. I was so surprised that when I got up from the massage, I felt fantastic. I'm sore today but my range of motion had returned! I'm honestly blown away. I highly recommend Jessica and hope to schedule with her again! "
