Allysun has been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years and brings a deeply holistic approach to every session. With specialized training in CranioSacral therapy, trauma-informed massage, and grief massage, she integrates techniques such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), and Trigger Point work to help clients experience meaningful relief and balance. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Allysun spent most of her life in Arizona before joining our Elements family. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from ASU and a Master’s in Trauma Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Her background in mental health counseling gives her a unique perspective on the mind-body connection—something she believes is essential to true healing. Guided by compassion and determination, Allysun’s goal is to help her clients release the tension and trauma held within their bodies so they can move toward wellness and wholeness. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find her dreaming of her favorite place—the beach.
