I have been a massage therapist for a little over 3 years. Relaxation, restoration, and helping you get to your peak performance is my goal when you get on my table. Based on Swedish massage, I provide sports, deep tissue, stretch, prenatal and hot stone therapy. I also provide Myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I look forward to being able to get to know your concerns, using that to give you a personalized massage, and helping you feel better than when you came in.
