A little about the therapist: Josi enjoys using a variety of modalities during her sessions. She believes in regular massage to help reduce tension in the muscles caused by stress. Josi also enjoys incorporating Aromatherapy* into her massage to help increase relaxation.

Josi’s passion for massage therapy comes from her desire to help people feel better physically and mentally through massage. A graduate of the Lincoln Technical Institute, Josie’s years of experience in the field of massage therapy along with her desire to continually build upon her skills ensures you are in excellent (healing) hands.

Josi’s massage pressure varies from Swedish techniques that promote relaxation, to Deep Tissue for precise work in targeted areas providing more in-depth relief. All of which makes for a well-rounded massage experience.

A good client for Josi is anyone who struggles with neck, shoulder, and back pain, and stress related pain.

She loves to pamper her clients using warm lotions and oils with a touch of Salt Stones to help relax the muscles.
