SUMMARY
I became a massage therapist because I believe in the power of touch to heal, restore balance, and ease stress. Helping others feel better, whether through relaxation or relief from pain, is what motivates and inspires me every day. I want all my clients to feel seen, heard, and cared for.

SUCCESS STORIES
I had one particular client who had so much lower back pain that she had not been able to sleep lying flat for over a year and was instead sleeping in a recliner chair. When she came in for her follow up session later that week, she told me that after her first session she was able to drive home without any pain and actually slept a full 8 hours flat in her bed that night, which was something she thought she'd never be able to do again. I get emotional even now thinking about how much we can actually change someone's life with the work we do. I'm so very grateful for the trust my clients give me.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
My massage style is unique because I have worked in every kind of massage setting there is - from chair massage, to professional sports teams, to medical massage with chiropractors and physical therapists, as well as at high-end spas. I bring a little bit of everything from my background to my massages and pride myself in my versatility and ability to listen.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?
I usually have some issue I need addressed so I like a lot of focused work to be done. I enjoy trigger point work, cupping, and stretching, as well as hot stones, all depending on what I have going on at the time. I really appreciate a therapist who can listen to my needs, not just verbally but also listening to my body.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
I've been refining my practice for 15 years, and I love that there is always more to learn. I have a passion for learning, and even acquired my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology just to further my knowledge in the field and become a better massage therapist. It is so rewarding to be able to help people live a better life with less pain.
