When I decided to become a massage therapist I was on a journey into natural healing, wellness and learning more about the human body. On that journey I found massage and massage became my passion. Helping clients manage pain, release trauma stored in the body, heal injuries, and reconnect mind and body is what keeps me motivated as a massage therapist

SUCCESS STORIES

I had a client who had limited range of motion and pain in the their shoulders for years.
The client had tried various different treatments and nothing seemed to improve the
clients range of motion or pain. After a few weeks of massage the client returned and said that they just played a round of golf without pain for the first time in over ten years! After continued treatment the client range of motion went from 80 percent - 95 percent.

is very focused, often very deep, but still deeply relaxing.

As a LMT, I am continually learning and growing. Each clients body is unique and has a history it shares through areas of pain, hypertension and the kinesiology of the body.
