SUMMARY
I grew up in Colorado as a lifelong athlete, which gave me a deep appreciation for movement but also a firsthand understanding of chronic pain, especially in the low back and legs. Through years of training and recovery, massage therapy was the one modality that consistently helped me manage pain, restore function, and stay active. After moving to Portland, my relationship with self care truly took off. The culture around wellness reinforced the importance of taking care of my body with intention, not just reacting to pain. That experience is what led me to become a licensed massage therapist. My work is rooted in athletic awareness, pain management, and helping clients feel more at home and capable in their bodies.
