Elizabeth started with Elements in January of 2019, though she had been practicing massage for 5 years before then. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ and has been striving to help her clients through the art of massage since.

Elizabeth works well with the entire body including the head, jaw, neck, shoulders, back, glutes, hips, legs and feet. She has a great swedish technique and can perform true deep tissue work. Elizabeth is a great option for clients suffering from carpal tunnel.

She can work with either flowing or structural strokes and is certified in Instrument Assisted Massage.

Elizabeth’s philosophy on massage is that you should always leave a session feeling better than when you came in.
