FAVORITE MASSAGE MODALITIES:

I integrate problem-focused treatment with therapeutic relaxation to help clients feel that
their initial concerns have been greatly alleviated. Reiki is one of my favorite modalities
to incorporate, as I’m certified at Reiki Level III. This allows me to consistently include energy work in my approach, offering a holistic lens of care.

PHILOSOPHY ON HEALING:

I became a massage therapist because I acutely understand what It's like to deal with
chronic pain and physical disabilities daily. I knew I could care for people on a deeper
level. Massage therapy changed my life and I hope it also changes your life.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS:

The results I see make this work incredibly rewarding. I enjoy tackling each client's
primary concerns and seeing the positive transformations increase over continuous
treatment. One accomplishment I'm particularly proud of is helping a client stop relying
on Vicodin for pain management after a car accident. She’s incredibly grateful to be
pain-free regularly, especially after struggling with it for three years.
