Have you ever felt like you had to
pretend to be something that you're not?
With all the programming we receive from society it's hard to remember a time where we really knew who we are and what we want. Sometimes we find little windows of connection: on the yoga mat, submersed in nature, dancing with yourself or friends, that flow state, escaping on a get-away or with drugs and alcohol. In the end, though, we find ourselves facing the same core issues: Fear, Self-Doubt, Unworthiness, the list goes on. If we're not healing and releasing our core issues, we're just putting on bandaids, and also denying ourselves the fullness of what life has to offer: True Joy, Connection, Love, Inner Peace, & Purpose.
