"This is what I like- SPECIFICALLY- about the Hanover location. The staff is great, very personable. I really love my massage therapist, Rachael. She will talk when I want her to talk and she will stop if I don't continue talking. She is AWARE that one of the skills of being an excellent massage therapist is "listening" to their clients. Sometimes I want to talk, but usually I don't. I'm not sure if this is something taught in massage school, but it should be.
I have on a few occasions had other massage therapists, who, once given the opportunity to start talking will not stop, and most of us, won't correct them because it's awkward to ask them to stop. We come to destress and asking them to stop is MORE stressful, and awkward.

Most of the staff at the Hanover location is amazing! I would recommend anyone wishing to join Elements to go to this location... just save me some open appointments with Rachael! "
